Video taken at on 05/04/18 prior to pouring tracing dye into the sewage manhole above my property. Using a UV torch the hole which I dug in my garden glowed bright green with Fluoresceine dye. The reason I dug a hole is that I figure the water would pool together and that would give the dye a chance to accumulate in one area. Just to repeat. The only manhole I poured the dye down was the sewer manhole. Indeed, when doing so numerous turds past by along with a constant stream of effluent.
